Percutaneous cryoablation for breast cancer, Milan/IT, February 18-19, 2027

The ESIR 2027 course on percutaneous cryoablation for breast cancer offers a comprehensive introduction to this innovative minimally invasive treatment for selected patients with early-stage breast cancer. Combining expert lectures, case-based discussions, and extensive hands-on training, the course provides participants with both the theoretical foundations and practical skills needed to understand this rapidly evolving technique.

Over two days, attendees will explore patient selection, procedural planning, imaging, multidisciplinary treatment pathways, and the latest clinical evidence supporting breast cryoablation. Interactive workshops and recorded case reviews will complement the lectures, giving participants the opportunity to gain practical experience under the guidance of an expert international faculty.

Explore the programme below to discover the topics covered and the experts leading each session. Places are limited to ensure an optimal hands-on learning experience, so early registration is recommended.

Who should attend?

This course is designed for interventional radiologists who have completed their radiology training.

To further multidisciplinary team building, multidisciplinary colleagues may attend this course together with an interventional radiologist from the same hospital under the registration type “Team fee.”
