Let us inspIRe you! CIRSE invites undergraduate medical students to its congresses free of charge, hence giving them the opportunity to learn more about one of the most dynamic, innovative and rapidly growing areas of medicine – interventional radiology!

CIRSE 2019

The CIRSE Annual Congress is Europe’s premier meeting in IR, and offers its thousands of participants numerous scientific sessions, discussions on the newest medical developments, representation from major medical companies and insights into new technical innovations.

CIRSE 2019 will take place in Barcelona, Spain from September 7-11, and offer both free registration and a full Student Programme for undergraduate medical students.

Share your knowledge – Submit your abstract!

All undergraduate medical students are invited to submit their IR research or educational content as an abstract for CIRSE 2019! The submitters of the best papers will receive a prize and get the chance to present their work at CIRSE 2019.

European Congress on Interventional Oncology – ECIO 2019

ECIO 2019 will take place from April 8-11 in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

It will host three and a half days of education and exchange in interventional oncology (IO), which is a branch of IR that deals with the diagnosis and treatment of cancer and cancer-related problems using minimally invasive procedures performed under image guidance.

Students will have the chance to participate in ECIO 2019 free of charge.

European Conference on Embolotherapy – ET 2019

Taking place in Valencia, Spain from June 26-29, the European Conference on Embolotherapy will provide a comprehensive overview of the many areas of embolotherapy, including trauma management, vascular and lymphatic malformations, GI haemorrhage, UFE, PAE, TACE, and many more.

Students will have the chance to participate in ET 2019 free of charge.
