EBIR Australia/New Zealand
Thanks to the joint efforts of the Interventional Radiological Society of Australasia (IRSA), the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiology (RANZCR), and the Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiological Society of Europe (CIRSE), the EBIR examination is rapidly expanding its reach all over the world. The EBIR Australia/New Zealand 2018 examination held in Auckland was the most popular yet, with a record-breaking 21 participants!
As shown by the increasing number of applications, more and more IRs want to follow in the footsteps of last year’s examinees. All 12 participants of the 2017 EBIR held in Port Douglas passed the examination and are now EBIR holders. Some were at the APSCVIR 2018 to personally collect their certificates from Examination Council Chairman, Otto van Delden and Deputy Chairperson, Raman Uberoi. We would like to extend our congratulations to all!
Upcoming examination dates:
- 8-9 July, 2019 during IRSA 2019 - Uluru, AU
