Booking Conditions
* All tours require a minimum number of 20 participants. If the minimum number of participants has not been reached, Kuoni reserves the right to cancel the tour.
* Full payment is required for all tours & excursions.
* All payments are requested to be made in Euro (€). Bank fees will be charged to the participant.
* All refunds will be made after the congress.

Cancellation Policy
Before 10.09.2010 100% refund less
From 11.09.2010 onwards & No shows No refund

All cancellations and changes are to be addressed to Kuoni in writing.
