Run S.M.A.R.T. & Soccer Cup

We are delighted to invite you all to the run S.M.A.R.T. and the Soccer Cup taking place on Saturday 2nd October at 18:30, immediately after the CIRSE Opening and Award Ceremony. Since Athens, it has become a wonderful tradition to hold the Soccer Cup on Saturday evening, and the run S.M.A.R.T. on Sunday morning, attracting attendance from more than 100 individuals per event. In case you missed the events please feel free to browse through the photo galleries of the previous years: CIRSE Photo Gallery The soccer field of the newly renovated sports complex “Polideportivo Municipal de Burjassot” (address: Calle de Teodoro Llorente, 46100 Burjassot, Valencia) is surrounded by a 400 metre running track, so participants have the option of either joining the run (distance to run will be 2.4km), playing soccer or simply enjoying from the sidelines.

Shuttle buses from the congress centre to the sports area will be provided, as well as a delicious buffet of snacks and cold drinks. The winners of our 2009 Soccer Cup, France, are eager to defend their title - rise to the challenge and join one of our teams!
