Registration Fee

The registration fee includes:
• Course attendance
• Teaching material for the course (syllabus)
• Coffee breaks
• Welcome dinner

Early Registration Fees (until 8 weeks prior to the course date)

Fees refer to one course.
Resident (radiologist in training) registrations must be accompanied by a confirmation of this status signed by the head of the department.

General Information

• Please use the online facilities provided at www.cirse.org to register for your desired course(s) - available from January 2010 onwards.
• Kindly note that the number of participants per course is limited and registrations will be accepted on a first come first served basis.
• To attend the ESIR 2010 courses as a member, CIRSE membership fee for the year 2009 must be settled.
• Resident (radiologist in training) registrations must be accompanied by a confirmation of this status signed by the head of the department.
• Please note that your registration becomes valid only after receipt of payment and after confirmation by the CIRSE Central Office.
• When making your flight bookings, please make sure that you will be able to stay for the entire course. Courses start on Friday lunchtime and last until Saturday evening.

Terms of Cancellation

In case of cancellation of the registration by the participant
> 4 weeks before the course date, the registration fee less 30% for administrative costs
will be refunded,
< 4 weeks before the course date, no refund will be granted.

If less than 30 participants register, ESIR reserves the right to cancel a course at least 4 weeks prior to its beginning.
