**student registration now closed for CIRSE 2013! Due to overwhelming popularity, we are unable to accept further registrations for CIRSE 2013. For undergraduate medical students. Registration needed to be accompanied by a confirmation of undergraduate medical student status at the time of the congress (university documentation certifying your main course of study and your current semester/year), a one-page curriculum vitae and a copy of valid photo identification.

Reduced CIRSE Member Registration:
is only available for members of CIRSE (Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiological Society of Europe) who were members in good standing during the years 2012 and 2013 (individuals who become CIRSE members in 2013 will be able to benefit from reduced congress fees for the meeting in 2014).

Method of Payment:
Registration fees are to be paid in Euros (€) by:
- Bank Transfer
- Credit Card (Visa or Eurocard / Mastercard)

Cancellation of Congress Registration:
CIRSE GmbH will not refund any registration fees in case of cancellation of the registration or change of registration category by the participant.

CIRSE GmbH however offers all pre-registered participants the possibility to take out cancellation insurance with its partner "Europäische Reiseversicherung". The insurance can only be booked during and until finalisation of the online registration process. The refund of the participant's registration fee due to cancellation of the registration or the change of registration category is only possible with a valid insurance. CIRSE GmbH itself will not refund any registration fees. All requests must be made to "Europäische Reiseversicherung" directly. Refunds will be given according to the terms and conditions of the "Europäische Reiseversicherung". CIRSE GmbH shall not be responsible for any refunds of registration fees.

Name Changes:
Will be handled as a cancellation and new registration.

Additional Information:
All CIRSE 2013 registrants will be able to print out an invoice of the registration using their personal login details at www.cirse.org.
