The aims of the Society are:
I. to provide continuing education and training for all physicians and scientists practicing or interested in interventional radiology or cardiovascular imaging techniques; and
II. to promote the exchange of ideas and information for the further definition of the role, direction and goals of cardiovascular and interventional radiology as a subspecialty of radiology.
